William Venrick
February 13, 1932 — July 2, 2023
William Venrick went to be with the Lord on July 2, 2023, surrounded by family. Bill was born February 13, 1932. He is survived by daughter Beth Phillips; son Shawn (Charlene) Venrick; grandchildren Ilyssa (KW) Moore, Timothy (Ashley) Venrick, Benjamin (Jessi) Phillips, and Meghan (Josh) Lehotsky; great-grandchildren Karson and Avery Venrick, and Talia and Taelyn Lehotsky. Bill was preceded in death by his wife of almost 68 years, Norma Jean Venrick; and parents Thomas and Allison Venrick.
Bill was a longtime resident of Lancaster. He graduated from Lancaster High School where he played in the marching band. He attended Cincinnati Bible College. He was a pastor for a few years. He then went into the commercial art and printing business, later starting his own rubber stamp business. Bill's hobbies included wood working and writing books of the history of Fairfield County.
A celebration of life will be held on September 2, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Lancaster Church of Christ, 1779 Granville Pike, Lancaster, Ohio.
