Phillip L Chaney Sr

Phillip Chaney Sr, National Guard veteran, was born in Columbus, Ohio on May 12 1959 and passed away peacefully on June 24, 2023.
Phillip leaves to cherish his memories, wife Karen and all his children including Phillip Chaney Jr., Cheyenne Chaney and Miy Chasteen.
Phillip was also loved by his mother, Burma Rash, siblings Wade (Denise) Steward, Cynthia (Penny) Tommer, Willie (Tina) Barthel and Keith Steward. Phillip was also able to enjoy his first grandson born in August of 2020, Kingston. Phillip also has a big extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends. Philip is preceded in death by his sister Jayne Mapp and his grandmother Big Mama.
Phillip enjoyed fishing, eating fried bologna and the color red. Phillip has many memories fishing with his son LeeLee and teaching his daughter Chy how to work on cars. Phillip will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
The family will hold a private celebration of life. Memory Lane Sunbury by Day Funeral Service is honored to care for the Chaney family.
