Norma Jean Williams

Norma Jean Williams, 95, of Lancaster, Ohio went peacefully to be with Jesus on May 4, 2023 at Carroll Place Assisted Living, Carroll, Ohio. Norma was born August 24, 1927 to Charles and Opal Wildman in Middlebourne, West Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Opal Wildman; husbands, Robert A. Bay and Glenn R. Williams; son Ken Bay; brothers Charles (Junior) Wildman, Bob Wildman, Chalmer Dewayne Wildman, Ralph Wildman; and sister, Peggy Hennis. She is survived by her children, Dan (Kathy) Bay of Lancaster and Peggy (Kevin) Fausnaugh of Lancaster; as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved dearly and brought her great joy.
She was a member of Christ Way Community Church in Pleasantville, Ohio and loved her church family.
Viewing to be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at ChristWay Community Church, 113 W. Walnut Street, Pleasantville, Ohio 43148 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with service to immediately follow. Burial at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Lancaster, Ohio.
The family would like to thank the Carroll Place Assisted Living staff for the loving and wonderful care they gave our mother over the last several years and, also to FairHope Hospice for the great care they gave our mother during her time in hospice. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to ChristWay Community Church or FairHope Hospice. Day Funeral Service is honored to serve the family of Norma Jean Williams.
