John W. Jaycox, age 76, passed peacefully on Monday evening, October 16, 2023. He is preceded in death by father, William G. Jaycox and mother, Lucille Sensel. He is survived by his loving wife, Belinda; son, Eric Jaycox; daughter-in-law, Dawn; and grandchildren, Chris and Alex.
John enjoyed many years as a concessionaire- playing fairs and festivals in Ohio and Indiana. He was a member of NICA (National Independent Concessionaire’s Association) and IISA (International Independent Showman’s Association). If you find yourself in Gibtown next February, I know he would like you to enjoy a beer in his honor. No services are planned.
