Ben Earl Bryant Profile Photo
Ben Earl Bryant, age 74, of Centerburg, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at home, surrounded by his beloved family. Ben was born on December 8, 1950, in Deer Creek, Indiana, on his grandfather’s farm. He was married to his loving wife, Dava Bryant, for 52 years and was a proud father to his sons, Phillip (Joanna) Bryant and Joshua (Joslyn) Bryant.

Ben enjoyed coaching tee-ball, raising hogs for 4-H projects, and hunting with his sons. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, whether raising chickens, golfing, hunting, or fishing in the Florida Keys. He cherished trips to the hunting cabin in Indiana with sons, cousins, friends, and, just recently, his first time there with his grandson.

He retired after a dedicated career with Anheuser-Busch.

Ben was preceded in death by his father, Frank Bryant; his biological mother, Phyllis Bryant; the mother who raised him, Carol Woicinski; his sister, Vicky (Norman) Spellman; and his grandson, Baby Phil.

He is survived by his wife, Dava; his sons, Phillip (Joanna) and Joshua (Joslyn); his grandchildren—Megan, Garrett, Rylee, Hagen, and Taylor Bryant; and his sister, Freida Bryant. He was also an uncle to many.

Ben will be fondly remembered for his love of family and the joy he brought to those around him.
